When will I be charged?
You pay for your first order at checkout. Future refill orders are charged automatically on your selected schedule. We’ll email you a reminder 3 days before each recurring charge.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Manage your subscription in your account before the next charge. There is no minimum number of renewals. Changes apply to future orders. Contact us separately about an order that has already been charged.
Can I change size or frequency?
Use Request a subscription change below to ask for a different refill size, quantity or delivery frequency. We’ll confirm the new details and when the change takes effect by email.
How do I start again?
If your subscription is paused, resume it in Manage subscription. If it was canceled, choose Subscribe to refills on your refill product page to start again.
