How to request a return?

To request a return, we kindly ask that you email us at hello@hinok.us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for your return request

Please note that we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. However, we are happy to review your request on a case-by-case basis and assist you accordingly.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

While Hinok processes refunds promptly upon completion of this review, please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
