2. The item you want to return
3. The reason for the return

We are not able to accept change-of-mind returns, but we review every request case by case. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Email us at hello@hinok.us and our customer care team will take it from there.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

hinok processes refunds as soon as the review is complete. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it can take up to 14 business days for the amount to reach your account.
