Refill & reuse

Refill & reuse

Keep the bottle you already use. A clean bottle from home is enough to begin. A hinok bottle is made for the formula, on the sink, in the shower, or by the sofa.

Where to start?

Start with a clean, dry bottle that fits the formula. Use a mist bottle for The Spray and a pump bottle for wash, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. If you want the refill in the format it was made for, with a cleaner place on the shelf, reach for the hinok bottle.

01

Start with a bottle you already have.

Use a clean, dry bottle from home if it closes well and fits the formula. If the bottle did not originally hold that product, label it before it goes back on the shelf. For a quieter setup, use the hinok bottle made for that refill.

The Spray Refill

For The Spray bottle, or a clean mist bottle used on fabrics and rooms.

02

Pour slowly.

Open the bottle, pour the refill in slowly, and leave a little room before closing it again. Wipe the outside of the bottle if needed. Do not mix formulas in one bottle.

03

Keep the shower bottles in use.

The 30.4 fl oz (900 mL) care refills fit the 15.2 fl oz (450 mL) hinok bottles and can also fill a clean pump bottle you already use. The hinok bottle gives each formula the right place on the shelf. Choose the refill for what you go through fastest, in and after the shower: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

The Body Wash Refill

For The Body Wash bottle, or a clean pump bottle, shoulders to feet.

04

Clean the bottle when it needs it.

If a bottle has been open for a while, rinse it and let it dry fully before refilling. Do the same for a pump that feels sticky, or for a bottle that held another formula before. Do not add water to stretch what is left.

05

Replace only when the bottle stops working.

Refill what still works. Replace a cracked bottle, a damaged pump, or anything that no longer closes cleanly.

Replace only when the bottle stops working.

Start with the bottle you empty first.

The spray by the sofa, the hand wash at the sink, or the shampoo in the shower. Refill the bottle you already reach for, or move to the hinok bottle made to stay there.
