  • Compliance with a legal obligation (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention)

  • Our legitimate interests (e.g., improving our services, detecting misuse), provided such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms

2. Your GDPR Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification – to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Right to erasure – to request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Right to restriction of processing – to limit how we use your data

  • Right to data portability – to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format

  • Right to object – to object to data processing based on our legitimate interests

  • Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, where such decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects

You may exercise these rights by contacting us via email at help@efg.earth, and we will respond within 30 days as required by law.

We currently do not have a designated EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR. However, we are committed to complying with the GDPR and ensuring the protection of EU users’ personal data. 4. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Where we transfer personal data outside of the EU/EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions, to ensure the same level of protection as within the EU.
