Shipping Policy


Introduction


Thank you for shopping with hinok. We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

 


1. Order Processing and Shipping 


Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is processed. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 


We will provide shipping services to U.S using our trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. 


Please note that processing and delivery may be delayed due to circumstances, such as shipping destination, strikes, and high-volume demands.

 Estimated delivery days do not include order processing times, which usually takes 3 to 6 days. Shipping times may vary by destination. 

 


3. International Shipping Fees & Rates 


We offer complimentary shipping for most international orders over $50 USD. For orders less than $50 USD, we offer standard international shipping at a flat rate of $10 USD. Shipping rates for orders under $50 USD may vary based on the specific shipping destination and the total weight of your package. All shipping rates are shown in USD or local currency. Final fees will appear at checkout. 


Please note that all international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country.  

 


4. Shipping Restrictions


Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (such as perfumes, hairsprays, and nail polish) and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, are classified as hazardous materials by U.S. Department of Transportation. Due to these regulations, such products are restricted from air-transport and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will typically require longer delivery times compared to standard air shipments, depending on your location. 

 


5. Undeliverable Packages and Incorrect Addresses 


Please ensure that your shipping address is a complete and accurate shipping address before placing your order. In the event a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the order will be canceled and refunded once it has been successfully returned and processed at our facility. A refund will be issued for the product cost, and the original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable in these cases. If you still wish to receive your order, a new order must be placed with the corrected shipping information.

 


6. Title and Risk of Loss


For all products purchased from our hinok.us, title to the products is transferred from us to you upon successful charge to your payment method and when your order is shipped from our facility. 
However, the risk of loss or damage to products in your order remains with us until your order is successfully delivered to you at the provided shipping address. This transfer of title does not affect our separate Return and Refund Policy. 

 


7. Lost or Damaged Packages


We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please follow these guidelines:

  • Reporting Lost Package: If your package tracking shows no updates for an extended period (e.g., 7-10 business days beyond the expected delivery date), please contact our Customer Support team at hello@hinok.us within 14 calendar days of the original shipping date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping courier on your behalf.
  • Reporting Damaged Package: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. 


Once we verify the loss or damage, we will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or a refund, based on product availability and your preference.
